How to Make a Pennant Banner with Vintage Style Paper. Over the holidays, I almost purchased a paper pennant banner at a local store, but instead decided to make a somewhat similar vintage style pennant banner for decorative purposes, rather than they type of traditional type of banners made for a celebration or party. This vintage-looking banner was to become a permanent fixture in my daughter's bedroom and she's absolutely loving it!
In the next 10 minutes, I'm going to show you how to make this stylish little pennants using different decorative papers for each one to create the vintage look, then we'll connect all the pennants together into a long banner. This is a highly versatile paper craft and, if you choose to use leftover paper grocery bags for the backing/edging, you will have just turned your pennant banner into an eco-friendly (recycled) paper craft, as well!
This pennant banner adds color, style, and whimsy to any room, and is a fun way to express your creativity - let's get to it!
